Who are we?
We are a small, family-owned, German company that was founded in 1991. Our headquarters are located in the Guest House ‘Haus Werraquelle’ in Siegmundsburg (municipality Neuhaus am Rennweg) and in Eisenach, Germany (Bundesland Thuringia). From the very beginning, our focus has been on high quality service and international cooperation.
As trained economists and active entrepreneurs with a passion for development, we started our international activities in 1998, and since 2005 we have been an organisation hosting and supporting apprenticeships for foreign school students.

Students are part of an international team in the company, learning the customs and traditions of the neighboring country.
What we do?
We support young people in the development of their professional, linguistic and social skills by organising work placements with our German small and medium-sized enterprise partners. Within the framework of Erasmus+, FERS and Polish-German Youth Cooperation (PNWM) projects, we help schools to internationalise their work by working with them on the basis of mutual trust. We sign the relevant contracts and agreements on, among other things, partnerships and educational programmes.
Apprenticeships with us and our German partners teach self-reliance, the ability to adapt to a new environment, gaining experience under real working conditions through ‘learning by doing’ in line with the course of study!
We organise internships in a variety of sectors: hospitality, tourism and catering, construction, logistics and commerce, gardening, landscaping, vehicle mechanics and mechatronics. Our German partners include hotels, logistics centres, shops, warehouses, garden centres and small construction companies. We have been working with most of the companies for at least five years and with those that have been positively evaluated by us in so-called pilot projects.
